From June 21st to August 2nd in the Roman Theater of Fiesole will be held the 71st edition of the “ Estate Fiesolana” (Summer in Fiesole). On the stage will appear Italian and international artists. Besides the music, this year you will also see six theater performances dedicated to the Iliad.
There are many changes in 2018:

Ticket owners could visit for free an Archeological Museum of Fiesole where collected artefacts of Villianovan, Etruscan, Roman and Longobard cultures. Entrance from 8.00 to 9.30 p.m.

Since the shows will end 11.00 and 11.30 p.m. will be activated a special shuttle service. Point of departure is Piazza Mino in Fiesole and point of arriving is Piazza Stazione in Florence.

“The concerts at sunset”: every Thursday before the show dedicated to Iliad, free concerts will be performed on the terrace of the Roman Theater by the Fiesole School of Music. The cinema will begin at the end of the shows is guaranteed.
